Hey local friends! Our local Weston A. Price chapter is doing another butter buy! This butter is certified organic, pastured (cows eating grass), low temperature pasteurized, handmade, cultured butter – its delicious and nutritious! The butter comes from Spring Hill Creamery in Petaluma. I always get in on these buys because you can get high quality butter for a great price, the only problem is it comes in 40 lb blocks and I just cant store that much. I am buying 10 lbs, and have a friend buying 5, so there are 25 lbs up for grabs! If you or anyone you know would like to be my butter buddy, message me. The butter freezes incredibly well or stays good in the fridge a few months if wrapped tightly. It is $5.50 a lb, and you can buy in 5 lb increments. Salted & unsalted are available. The salt that is used in the butter is French celtic sea salt.
