Hey lovely DT ladies:-) Just giving you a quick update. Ive been diagnosed with vertigo (which in my case is genetic and very much in my family - all the women in my family seem to have varying levels of inner ear issues, my mom is fully deaf, my grandma has Menieres and my aunt has reoccurring vertigo. So… Im very glad to finally have a diagnosis and am on medication and working towards recovery, yay. I hope to be back very soon to assist the the DT butt kicking! woot woot! I have not worked out in 6 weeks (doctor orders…omg… I feel like a lump, lol) but have been given the okay to start 20-30 min weights only workouts when Im not dizzy, yay! Also, I heard there was a week where somehow there was no leg day at DT Hourglass, LOL… omg… no… that was not on purpose, I double checked the schedule moving forward right till the end of November that there are 1-2 intense leg days every week.. not to worry ;) Schedule-wise, youll see a mix of Lonie, Candice, Tyra, Sam & Melissa and Ill be added back as soon as possible, hoping in the next couple of weeks.
