Hey, my cousins are trying to get votes for their autistic son a bike to ride. This is the letter they wrote. Please read and vote if you would. If you want you can repost also. Thanks everyone! ! Hi everyone Kerry and I are trying to win a new Buddy Bike for Dane. If you live in Russia, you have probably seen us riding the special double bike with him. He is now 5’7.5” and last summer, his legs were just getting too long for the passenger seat on the front of the bike, and he was getting too tall for me to see over him to steer. We have been thinking about that bike lately, wondering what we were going to do this summer since Dane likes to ride it so much. Then…we heard about this contest. We have entered Dane for a chance to win a new Buddy Bike Sport, which would be the next size up from what we have right now. Dane needs to receive 50 nominations to be eligible for the drawing. Also, the child with the MOST nominations will automatically receive the bike they chose. Right now, there are enough donations that ten bikes will be given away to kids with special needs---one to the child with the most nominations and nine to children with at least 50 nominations who are entered in a random drawing. You must be 13 to nominate Dane. You can only nominate him one time. We are not trying to get the most votes—just 50 nominations. There is a child with 10,000+ votes. I don’t think we can get to that number! So…we were wondering if you could take a minute, click the link below, look for Dane’s name and photo, and nominate him. I think it will be quick and painless. I hope. https://friendshipcircle.org/bikes/2014/03/dane/#.UyjcgHGrpGA.email Like I said, if you live in Russia, you have seen him on that bike…riding around town or doing the 3 mile block on it. It calms him and quiets him when he’s having a loud day. Thanks Holly & Kerry Dapore Mason, Adam, and Dane
