Hey people Im going all out online cuz my internet connection could cut off any time now as i am in dispute with my internet provider due to misuse of my account e.g unfair charges & misleading customer service information, I have had this problem since Sept 2011 to present but because i so wanted to open a online business i just put up with it to avoid losing my internet & telephone but enough is enough. As it is my word against customer service word i am unable to prove that certain representatives of the company has possibly committed fraud with my account therefore i will not be paying my bill in protest so you may not hear from me for a while ironically my online computer business will obviously be hampered by my decision hopefully it will be resolved by me joining another internet service provider with a far better & fairer customer service track record.
