Hey people..need some advise and or help....I do not have the money to pay or at least pay a lot...I can trade possibly. You name it and we can talk...The job..I have a rail on the front porch that was not reconnected when it was repaired. the workers left and no way to contact them or report them to the BBB. It should attach to a brick support. it is also a wall rail not a normal balcony type rail..Job two. same porch system I have a brick support holding up the second floor balcony that is settling and leaning a bit. No cracks as of yet and the balcony seems to be solid..I have know education on construction..and have know idea how to handle these two problems. I have a new tenant moving in at the end of the month and need the rail taken care of asap. the porch support may be able to wait till next spring if needed..The rail I can offer a case of beer, make you a dinner or if you can think of what you want we can talk...the support I figure some money will have to be exchanged but, can exchange what ever you might think of....I cannot do any physical labor in exchange due to my truck accident I had awhile back...Hit me up as soon as you can. thanks.
