Hey photographers - do you get these too? A few times every month, I receive emails like this one today: Im doing a project for school and was wondering if you could answer some questions about photography? Some of them have typos or lack punctuation and capitalization. This one wasnt bad, but she didnt say anything specific about my work or even say what school she goes to, where she lives (state or country?), anything more about her project, etc. Im happy to help out students when I can, but if its legit (which Im not sure it is), they really need to teach these students how to make first contact with someone if they expect to get a response. Maybe the kids just email blast 100 people and write their report on the person who writes back?
