Hey prayer warriors, I want to start out by sending a BIG hug Grace Flynns way. You know I always ask for blessings for all the caregivers and good samaritans out there. Well, one type of caregiver is a salesperson in a store, right? They are there to give assistance when needed--not just to take our money!! We all need to be more mindful of each others situations; usually, you can get a pretty good read by observing someone. If you are not willing to do your job to the utmost of your abilities, then you should not be blessed with that job--hence, you are not in a position of giving aid to anyone. Long story short: Be WORTHY of the position you are in if you are in a position of helping others!! You know, I finally figured it out: Those who try to make others feel less than or small, or dumb are really the ones who are LESS THAN, SMALL, and DUMB. Kindness, thoughtfulness and consideration for others--is that REALLY so hard? Someday, this guy who made your situation harder than it needed to be is going to be on the other end--I hope your face comes to mind when that happens. Bless Grace and her family and all the others we know of dealing with loss, grief, and any other life difficulty. You know, there are those of us who will come to your side and do all we can to help--do NOT HESITATE to lean on us. Yes, you must be strong and learn to do things for yourself, but the lessons can be a lot easier with help from those who love you. We are there, HOPING you will ask so we can fill a need--that blesses us. Bless the caregivers and the good samaritans and make them worthy of the positions of help they hold. Grant them not only the knowledge and skill to help, but the compassion, understanding and love for their fellow man to do a GOOD job of helping out where needed. Fill our young people with the wisdom, Skill and abilities they need, but more importantly, fill them with the milk of human kindness so that they interact with all living creatures around them with love, compassion and understanding. None of us know when we will need that understanding, loving help, but we all will at some point in time. Maybe there would be fewer wrongdoers if more people were loving and kind, caring and helpful to each other. Do unto others as you would have others do unto you; I bet a lot of people today dont have a clue what that saying is called-- THE GOLDEN RULE!!! How simple to follow, yet so few do--mind blowing, huh? Our kindness MUST extend to the animals--all great and small. How one treats animals speaks volumes about how they treat their fellow man. How sad to have to ask for protection for those in the Lords ministry in foreign climes!! They are there with hearts filled with love and hope for a better planet for us all.
