Hey, so 2 things: If I stay under how many calories my body burns at rest on my 4 days off, then how can I possibly gain weight those days?? I calculated that my body burns about 1900 calories even if I lay in bed all day, so for my 4 days off I kept my calories to about 1700, making it, I thought, impossible for me to gain weight, due to the calorie deficit. I was down 5 pounds after round 1 on day 4 last week. From 197 down to 192. I was very happy with this. Now its the morning of day 3 round 2 and I just checked the scale. I know you arent supposed to look at the scale until day 4. :( I peeked. And anyways... It says Im 192.8!! How can I possibly be up .8 pounds!? I was expecting it to show at least a 3 pound loss or even 2 pounds by the morning of day 3. What is going on? I have been drinking a TON if water. And I substituted equal calories and protein content of shrimp instead of tuna because tuna makes me sick. No other substitutions.
