Hey songwriters - A couple of very cool songwriting retreats will be happening in November in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Both are filling up fast, so register now. Lambs Retreat For Songwriters will take place Nov. 6 - 9, and again the following weekend, Nov. 13 - 16. Special discounted rate if you stay for both weekends. Ill be on staff the 2nd weekend, but Ill be staying for the entire 10 days as artist-in-residence. The setting (Birchwood Inn) is idyllic, literally across the street from Lake Michigan, surrounded by horse pastures, 5 miles from the lovely little village of Harbor Springs. There are open mics and song circles and lots of opportunities to sing your songs. Youll be given a very unique songwriting assignment, as will everyone else. You can get some feedback on your songs, you can co-write, theres a daily hike, the food is really good (with vegetarian options), therell be a staff concert.
