Sherman Hub Community Support Team Nominations & Elections Available Positions for Election are: Chair (2-year term) Vice-Chair (1 year term) Secretary (2-year term) Co-Treasurer (1 year term) Meeting Coordinator (1 year term) The election date is December 1st, 2014 at the Sherman Hub Community Planning Team (SHCPT) meeting located at St. Giles Church, 85 Holton Avenue South at Main Street. All voting members of the SHCPT are eligible to run for the Support Team positions. Voting members include residents who reside within the boundaries of the Sherman Hub and who have attended at least two prior meetings within the past 12 calendar months. The Sherman Hub boundaries are Wentworth to Gage and the Escarpment to the CN tracks north of Barton Street. Potential nominees must be nominated with a seconder (who must also be a voting member) and communicate the nomination to the new Community Developer, Judy Kloosterman, by email at [email protected] Potential nominees must accept the nomination to run. Nominations opened November 1, 2014, will be posted on Facebook and the website at shermanhub.ca on November 17th and close on November 24th, which is one week prior to the election.
