Hey there. I am new to this group and so I don´t know much of what has been shown in the past but someone recently posted a picture from Stanton School, and since I went there for 2 years I thought that I would post my 2 class pictures from my time there. I am curious if there is anyone in this group that was in one of my classes! The black and white one is from 5th grade and was taken on Nov. 5, 1963 (date is on the chalkboard) and the other one is from 6th grade and was taken in Dec. 1964 (date on the back of the pic). For me it is interesting to note that just 17 days after our 5th grade picture was taken that Kennedy was assassinated. We were standing in line to go to lunch when someone came in to tell us that fact, but I didn´t know what assassinated meant at first! I, by the way, am the one closest to the camera in the first pic and at the top on the extreme left in the 2nd pic. Does anyone know anyone in these pictures???
