The perks include... - 3 skylights that open and have shades - Large walk-in closet - Private bathroom with shower and tons of storage space...GREAT water pressure! - Built in bookcase - Built in tv stand (with nook that would (and has) fit a small fridge - Stained glass ceiling fan with remote - Individual heating a cooling controls Parking is off street but there is always plenty of space. The kitchen, main entrance and laundry (brand new washer/dryer in basement) is shared Heat/Electric/Internet included - we are going to get rid of our cable in Oct-ish My husband and I are in our early 30s and have a 2 month old baby and a 8 year old, 25 lb dog named Merfy.
