And here the description: Training course :Youth a strengthening by Europe! Capacity building for unemployment youth trough non-formal education Based on experiences the training course "Youth a strengthening by Europe! Capacity building for unemployment youth trough non-formal education" is focusing on the theme “youth unemployment in Europe and their outcomes like exclusion and discrimination". We realized that especially trainers, group leaders and project leaders, while implementing also non-formal learning opportunities are facing often challenging tendencies of youth unemployment as direct and indirect based on ones age, appearance, and level of education and origin. Therefore in the following training the participants will get to know skills, methods, help to approach and to handle with the experienced exclusion and discrimination. The participants will deal with the different forms and dimensions of the training theme which can appear during non-formal education project and processes. A diversity of methods will be used to raise knowledge and challenge the debate about the challenges of such methods, how to apply them, how to promote respect, tolerance and active participation among other young people, to promote the contact making and co-operation between the participants and motivate them to act as multipliers after the training passing on aspects of the programme contents to other young people. During the programme active learning behaviour and reflection will be reached through working in small working groups and continuous debriefings. Following the project will enable the participants to: - Become aware about the different forms and dimensions of youth unemployment which can appear during an non-formal education projects - Get to know methods, helping to approach and to handle with the training topics - Critically and creatively reflect about non-formal learning, its methods and its use for youth including its benefits and barriers - Develop creative and attractive ways to apply non-formal learning, its methods and its using - Acquire competence in dealing with the Youth in Action program and to equip them with the knowledge and competence to make use of it. The TC will be realized in Prijedor, the second largest municipality in the Republika Srpska within Bosnia-Herzegovina with 31 participants from neighbouring partner countries and programme countries in the period of 16.-25.08.2013.
