Hey there everyone, the recipe that I use for my cupcakes is just a plain cake batter, 125g butter 2/3 cups sugar 2 eggs 1/3 cup milk 11/2 cups self- raising flour Beat butter and sugar to a cream, add eggs, mix, then add flour and milk to mixture alternately. Once mixture is smooth poor into cupcake papers and bake for 15 - 20mins in a moderate oven. I add the flavour that I want I at the time of the dry ingredients is mixed with the wet at 2/3 of a cup. You have to add some more milk if batter is to thick.
