Hey there #fitfam! Priscilla Del Aguila here from #nutrishopnm with WOD WEDNESDAY! Todays movement is the simple squat.... but it is EXTREMELY brutal lol. Its a short exercise but it will take a lot out of you... hope you Enjoy :) 5 Minute AMRAP: Squat for 5 minutes non stop at a relatively difficult and heavy weight. Make sure you try to break parallel, breath properly, and do no rack the bar until the 5 minutes are done!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (:
