Hey there people of Llanelli, Im seeking a little advise on private renting. Im currently living in a property, where for the first month and a half we were without a back-door key. So I was advised to not pay my rent until it was sorted, my landlord has just phoned me to say that unless I back pay him the money that I kept due to this he will be serving me a right of notice (I think thats what he said it was called) by law do I have to pay that money in full now that the maintenance was done last week? (even though none of the work I was requesting was done before moving in, I had to clean the property myself and there are still cables hanging from the ceiling) This is my first home away from my parents and I have a young baby so Im concerned and not 100% clued up on this stuff Thanks to anyone who can help, itd be really appreciated
