Applicants should have experience with a wide range of media and be excited to refine their skills. Your responsibilities will include branding, advertising, packaging, environmental design, art direction... the whole shebang. But hold onto your hat, because this is a fast-paced, extremely creative environment with lot of opportunity for growth. You must have a mind for strategy and a strong urge to deliver, because at Design Ranch, we prefer our work rare and well done. Specific Skills - Creative Leadership: experience with various projects from start to finish, ability to solve problems, make strategic decisions to carry a project to completion. - People Skills: build relationships with clients, work collaboratively with fellow designers - Strong work ethic: excellent time management skills, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, willing to go the extra mile to make a project great - Experience- 2-3 years is preferred, but talent and moxie go a long way - Technical Skills: proficiency in CS6 is a must, familiarity with Flash, After Effects, html or CSS is a plus
