Hey what the heck, dont you guys even know? When you are interviewing and you have a good interview, response, felt like you connected, understand the company, they understand you, what do you do next? Negotiate a salary? HELLO, negotiate the role too. There are so many good people on the market, but some are more gooder than others. If you are really gooder than the rest, and you know it, dont sell yourself short with a salary negotiation, go for the role. Improve your position 1st!
