Hey yall..I have a burning legal issue..We are in the Decree stage in a legal matter, but the ruling which was given did not specify how much our client ought to receive.nway the parties were to agree on settling terms but it could not be reached. We therefore decided to produce evidence and a supporting affidavit to the Registrar but he doesnot have the authority nor jurisdiction to hear the matter.We are therefore supposed to go before a judge on that issue. Thats the position. I received instructions to draft an application to enforce the decree. Bearing in mind there is none i will have to use the ruling..So my question is, what application is this that am ought to do..? is it a Notice of Motion?...This is quite important..
