Hey yall! Sitting here at Nissan down the road from work waiting to be taken back to work. Isnt that nice? I thought so! Anyways, wanted to share with you guys, last night I was super bored with my workout for shoulders so I added a move (not videoed) that @hunnybunsfit did-- the cable lateral raise on the bosu, then supersetted it with these babies! That #bosu isnt kidding! Haha its fiya for your core and really your whole body. It was an extra workout in itself!! These are (sped up) and are dumbbell front raises with a squat. Flex your elbow (Palm facing downward or pronated) then perform the squat. You will be shaky like me but after practice and with more use of those fast twitch fibers, you will become more stable. Try it out for a change up to your routine!
