Hey yall got a new favorite #exercise I videoed for ya on friday! This one i saw from @hunnybunsfit and have added it in every now and then. For a great arm blasting combo do dumbbell chest presses on the stability ball (tighten your core!) then superset that with these dip-kicks! Do 3 sets of 12 for both exercises and add an extra couple of dip-kicks at the very end! that workout was an awesome on and my abs are still a tad sore from then.
