See their description below. PM to us or to Stefans and Evas email below. ------------- Hello, we are planning a self-drive trip from Nepal to Kyrgyzstan starting end of April to middle of May 2014. We are traveling with an Unimog U1300 camping car since May 2013 from Germany to Russia, Mongolia, China, Tibet, Nepal, India and Pakistan. Because of the security situation in Pakistan it is not possible to cross from Quetta to Taftan (Pakistan - Iran border) We got an offer from a tour agency for a trip from Zhangmu to Kashgar – Tourgar. It will take 13 days for about 3.200 km. We have one day in Zhangmu and another Day in Shigatse for Paperwork. If you think about a sightseeingday it is about 100 USD more per day. But this has to be requested by the Tour company. So we can extend our trip. So if you are interested, please let us know! Time for declaration of Chinese paperwork will take time!
