He’s back! Psquare, Iyanya, 9ice, others welcome Vast of Bracket home after cancer scare Earlier in the year it was reported that Vast, one half of Nigerian music duo Bracket, was undergoing treatment for cancer. This news left Nigerians fearful and earnestly praying for his recovery. Those prayers were answered. Vast responded well to treatment and even shot a video when his counterpart Smash visited him in the U.K. The now healthy singer has returned home to the warm embrace of friends and loved ones. Vast came back into the country yesterday morningafter spending several months in the U.K to undergo treatment for Lymphoma, a type of cancer of the blood. The star played host after his arrival to several of his music industry counterparts who welcomed him home and rejoiced with him on the success of his treatment. Some of the stars present at the welcome party include music duo P Square, DJ Jimmy Jatt, 9ice, Dammy Krane and Iyanya to mention a few. It is a great relief that he is healthy and back home. We wish him a full recovery and total good health from now onwards.
