Hi AC Admin. I hope this will be posted. I would just like to share my experience with the teller in ACT-Cebu City Campus. Lets call her D**** MASUNGIT. At first, I was expecting her to be a kind of person whom you can approach easily but I was wrong. She is a living proof why I dont believe that first impression lasts. My experience with her awakened my ego and lose my patience. I have been raised well by my parents with proper ethics and good attitude. I am very patient and I dont usually start a fight. I will tell you how she altered my ego to post something about her. It happened when I was paying my assessment for the PreLim Exam. Since it was the deadline, you cant imagine how crowded the 7th floor at that time as there were a lot of people waiting for their priority numbers to be called. I patiently waited for my number since I was doing my thesis together with my groupmates. Since I no longer had a 20-20 vision, I asked my friends to look what number was displayed in the monitor and we noticed that the numbers were not moving but we still hear the DING DONG sound, indicating that the number was changed. So I continued to do my thesis until such time, the number in the screen just changed from 484 to 496. It happened that my number lied between the two numbers. Mine is 488. So i directly went to the teller and humbly gave my priority number and my cash to DONNA MASUNGIT. She said that she was like calling my number several times but I didnt see my number in the screen. I told her in a calm voice that I didnt see my number and told her that there might be a problem with the priority number system since it was not moving. But she insisted that theres nothing wrong with the priority numbers and started to lose her mind. She was saying to look for the teller number because its not just her working but there were also another tellers which I only saw two tellers working for the processing of the payments. She was so rude in assisting me and was very bossy. Maybe she didnt know who I am. I think she needs to undergo a lot of seminars. If youre tired with what youre doing, you should resign. I know its not just me but I heard a lot of students complained about you. If you love your job, you should love what youre doing. I hope this will not happen again, cause if it will, I guess I will see you in the Students Affairs Office. Hope she can read this.
