Hi Alex, Hope youre having a nice weekend. Unfortunately Ive been super sick (my raspy voice on Thursday was only the beginning of things). This down time has provided me with an opportunity to reflect more deeply on our conversation at our meeting, and it is with great regret that I dont think we will be a good fit after all. I apologize for expressing such enthusiasm at the outset, as I will admit that I got caught up in the excitement of all of your following emails and your beautiful playing. One of the things upon reflection is your extremely high standards (which you have every right to have), but I am concerned will cause me stress. Also, curiosity often gets the better of me, and I looked for your profile on facebook (as I do with everyone I meet, and I can see that we are likely not the best fit for each other. It sounds like you have had a lot of disappointments lately, and I am very sorry if I am adding to this list. I am also feeling very disappointed, myself, that this isnt going to work out, as again, all of the possibilities were very exciting for me.
