Hi All - I have another request for help - a friend of a friend found this dog locked in a closet after her owners abandoned her in a foreclosed home. She has paid out of pocket for all of her vet bills and would like to keep her but her husband is terribly allergic. If you know anyone who is looking for a GS please let me know!!! Elsa is a two year old German Shepard. She was found locked in a closet of a foreclosed home. She had a shattered back leg, and was very thin. She underwent surgery in May to repair her leg, and has healed very nicely! Since then she has been in foster care. She is full of energy, and LOVES to go on walks, play ball, tug-of-war, and be brushed! She is great with kids, and loves to pull my two kids in their wagon Elsa is current on all vaccines, and is micro-chipped. She is not spayed yet. She gets nervous easily, and is aggressive toward other dogs (lord only knows what she endured in her first two years of life), but is a fantastic family dog!!!! She will love you and protect you with her whole heart! She is not protective over her food, she is house trained, crate trained, and leash trained.
