Hi All, I have regretfully decided to sell my great time share. In Hilton Head at Harbor Town in Sea Pines. Its just too far for me these days since I live in OH Its a long Effing way from here 12 hours. It has a big Master bedroom with a king size bed, 2 huge closets , cable TV. There are 2 bedrooms the other has 2 Twin beds and a big walk in closet. there are 2 full bathrooms. All the towels wash etc. and linens are supplied are supplied. There are washers and dryers across the hall. The kitchen has everything you need, lots of cabinets and a pantry, a Dining area area with a big table that seats 6, there are great restaurants but we would cook in a lot of the time to save a buck The living room in Tiled, it has a pull out couch (We had 7 people there one year)and a couple big comfy chairs , Cable TV CD /dvd player, there is internet access The whole place was remodeled 2 years ago. there is a balcony off the living room Its a block walk to Harbor Town which is beautiful, the light house is there tons of stores and restaurants, there is entertainment on the stage outside, park for the kids. The Beaches are just Beautiful, Myrtle Beach this is not. There is Kayack , rentals, Bike rentals, Wildlife reserve, Fishing just not on the Beach. The Pool is right across from the Balcony, its nice, very nice. You can get food and REAL drinks there, but used to just sneak them in because Im Im Cheap/ Frugal. There is Tennis, A Gym / Club I know they are there but never been to them, Im at the Beach or the Pool. I know Im forgetting some things. Any way the Realtors told me its worth $3500.00 so I will them just skip them and ask $3000.00 , the annual fee is only $675.00 you cant get that anywhere for four to six people.
