Hi All Saturday morning Cycle ride this weekend meet at Woodies at 8 am back for 12, all you need is a road bike and a good set of lungs and a few pennies for brew and a cake at sedburgh. This week’s ride is to sedburgh via barbon fell and back via kingsdale, 50miles short option for those that want it, we will look after everyone all paces catered for, everyone welcome. Re Saturday Training rides, the whole idea about these rides is to get out together for a nice mornings ride, we can cater for all road bike abilities. Weather forecast is dry. No Hidin get Ridin.
