Hi All....its been confusingly warm and occasionally cold today weather-wise. Makes things a bit confusing when it comes to dressing up, but.....food-wise, we, as usual, have a nice mix or delicious, organic & freshly made meals whipped up by our lovely chefs, Jenny & Kate: - Parsnip, Tomato & Carrot Soup served w/ warm home-made bread; - Sweet Chilli Hummus served w/ warmed home-made Ciabatta & Mixed Salads (Cous-cous salad w/ Almonds & caramelized Onions & Hawkwood Mixed Green Leaves Salad); - Chinese Vegetable Stew served w/ Rice & Salad; - Penne Pasta w/ Rocket & Cashew-nut Pesto served w/ Salad. For Desserts, we have Victoria Sponge Cake (w/ Apple Butter), Chocolate & Hazelnut Cake, Pumpkin Seed & Date Flapjacks & Apricot Flapjacks and much more.......
