Hi Annemarie Thanks for sending Pam along to help us over the 3 evenings. Her guidance has been invaluable - having the 3 nights has meant that we have solved Nicholas crying in the evening, and streamlined our evening schedule for our 3 year old girl and for Nicholas. It has also brought our evenings back to us. At the moment, Pam has sorted out our problems, and delivered results over and beyond what we had hoped to achieve.
