Hi April could you please post anon. Just wanted to ask opinions, Im on a permanent part time contract but work full time hours. My director came and told me today that I have too much annual leave built up (I have two weeks) and that I HAVE to take some time and instructed me to take it next week- giving me only three days notice. Just wondering if they are allowed to do this? I did tell her i didnt want to take it now and would happily book in some holidays if they want me to get rid of it but I feel forcing me to take time with such little notice is unfair? Thankyou!
