Hi ! As I am leaving the country on the 25th of July, I am looking for someone to take over my room. The flat is located in the middle of West End, at 30sec walking distance to Boundary street and its night life, 5min walking to Coles and bottleshops, and with the bus to the city right in front of the house (10min journey) ! The exact location is 27 Browning St, 4101 South Brisbane. You would be living with 2 guys, one from Chile and one from France. The neighbours, two girls from Germany and Malaysia, are friends with the two guys and will most likely hang around with them. The idea of the flat is to be chill, and to hang out/live with the other tenants as the common areas are not that big. All the people I mentionned are really easy going, you shouldnt have trouble to enjoy them. The Chilean guy is studying at Griffith University, while the others are studying at the University of Queensland. The house is supposed to be unfurnished, but since we lived there for already 6months, some stuff are already there. The room comes with a matress, a closet, and a fan. My blanket and sheets will probably stay here as well. In the living room, there are two couches, 4 chairs, one table, 1,5 fridges and an oven. The flat is smokers friendly, as we dont smoke but dont really care about other people smoking. Also, that might be important: the room is 140 per week, plus bills, which would be around 10-15dols per week. If you are interested in visiting the place, message me ! Cheers, Jérem
