Hi Caring Classrooms Community - I was interested in some of the responses yesterday when I posted that things had been slow. I realize that being a part of several giving pages and constantly having to make donations can get challenging, especially when it seems that there is so little chance of getting a spot on the page. I dont want this to feel like a high-pressure environment, so lets take a step back. First of all, I want to say that I really appreciate everyones support. You never have to donate a large amount - just $1 a week is enough to post your project and have it considered. If you missed Fund-day Sunday yesterday, you can still enter something but please post your project link on the request that went out yesterday morning. Also, Ill make some donations myself to help bring those red clock projects down to a reasonable amount. Im also going to reach out to some friends to see if they can help. Finally, Im going to change the rules of the Red Clock Roundup to say that you can donate to each project every day with as little as $1 per project if you would like to do so. You can enter the contest each day this week. The prize is a $50 DC gift card and a spot on the page with a random drawing. Have a great week!
