Hi Columbia City. Im moving and tired of Cap Hill where I have lived forever due to its ever changing landscape. I wondering if this would be a good neighborhood. Looking for safe, quiet, animals and older people, parks, restaurants, library, cafes, easy parking, cool friendly people with no attitude, interesting rentals with new or old specialties architecturally speaking, art spaces/galleries, easy freeway access and busses and a sense of local community (like cap hill used to have). Any thoughts or opinions would be greeting appreciated! Other places Ive considered are the cd, madison park, or west Seattle. Thanks!
