Barry enjoys these… Post from Sharon Rose, senior Global Ormus family member: There was some criticism levied on the ORMUS & Spirit forum regarding WHY Barry NEEDS funding. This came about in part because I opened the recent Raffle post with a comment about how much Barry needs the money this funding venue provides. I am not always eloquent (unlike Neil who seems to ALWAYS be eloquent) so my verbal clumsiness probably played a part in triggering someones reaction. I will try to do better in the future.... Now, with regards to Barry earning a living.. first, I want to point out that ORMUS is Barrys life, so it would seem like a good fit for him to provide some type of ORMUS product, right? But he doesnt do this because there would be a conflict of interest. He cant remain impartial if hes in competition with vendors. Years ago he used to make Water Traps and sell them for a modest fee, but he stopped doing that when Thomas Geckler began offering traps. So earning money SELLING ORMUS related products is not possible in order for him to continue being in service to the ORMUS movement. One criticism levied was how Barry perpetuates a poverty mindset. Again, Im the person who wrote that post so the post reflects my perspective, not necessarily his. Regardless of whose mindset is being reflected, I had to learn the hard way to not expect perfection in people. Barry has pissed me off something terrible over the years, when he behaved in what I considered less than admirably, but then I realized that BARRY ISNT PERFECT! Of course he isnt! And neither am I! Or you! I realized I admired Barry for those other things and those things are enough. And I hope he over looks my flaws as well and appreciates me for what ever value I bring to the world…. …ORMUS was one of the most important events in my life, if not THE most important. So you can see where Im coming from. I found it was scary powerful, if you know what I mean. It changed my life profoundly. And anyone who has had a significant ORMUS experience has Barry Carter to thank for that, regardless of who else was involved. We have Barry to thank because all the people who came before Barry either didnt do enough or dropped out before ORMUS had a chance to infiltrate around the world. Everyone who has come to ORMUS since 1996 did so either directly or indirectly because of something Barry did or provided. His was the only website up where we could get ANY information at all. And the WhiteGold list was the ONLY place that provided us a place to come together. Now there are MANY places and MANY authorities but THEY got there on the shoulders of Barry Carter. Im ascribing ownership of the Subtle Energies website to Barry as well as ownership of the WhiteGold list to him as well, but these werent started by Barry. Since he inherited them, though, he has been an incredibly steadfast custodian. Barry takes his stewardship very seriously. I sometimes think its because of his compulsive nature that he has been able to create world awareness of ORMUS where others failed. And with regards to Barry not having a job or earning an income elsewhere, it simply isnt in the cards. If he were to flip burgers (or return to woodworking) then THIS would be his life and not tending to the business of ORMUS. And you may think that the business of ORMUS doesnt take that much tending... well youre wrong. You havent seen firsthand all the things he does to keep the wheels greased. Anyone ever call Barry? Need advice on something? He speaks to MANY Newbies each week, and he helps people get an easier introduction to ORMUS, a personal introduction. He is the go to guy for many people. He also keeps information he gets from scientists and alchemists so there is a central location for this information. Barry is prepared in every way to jump into creating a foundation, should money become available. He maintains and upgrades over 20 computers and spends time thinking and planning about what might be needed to jump-start the forming of a foundation. And there is so much more that I cant even begin to scratch the surface. From 2001-2003 I hosted and promoted Barry for many workshops, lectures and talks around Seattle. And then again for 2005-2007 I did this in Arizona. During these times I got to see first hand what Barry did on a daily basis and I was amazed. That is when I realized that he was doing just what needed to be done and I decided to encourage other people to help out by sending what they could when they were inspired. But not everyone is going to feel the calling. Not everyone will understand the value and feel the worthiness of gifting. Felt like she already knew about the existence of Ormus. Carol lives in single family. Felt drawn to thought that Ormus was being actively hidden and wanted to know more about it. Curtis lives in Single family/apartments. Felt he would always buy Ormus then bought the Ormus book, learned the author was local and wanted to learn from the author. Feels it is esoterically time for Ormus to be known about. George lives in a business area: Curiosity because it is about health and wanted to learn how to collect so can teach how and give out the Ormus. Chris dowsed the Ormus that Katherine brought to share. Both showed much energy. The mix of Dead sea and Sea 90 showed a bit more energy than the Dead Sea. 120 dollars collected for Barry’s Ormus outreach at the last meeting. Katherine informed that she is now a distributor for “Sea-90”. She has 10 and 50 pound bags and offers special prices for OGG members. Katherine shared with the group that she is mixing magnesium oil purchased from transdermallifeenthusist with Ormus precipitate 50-50 and applying the mixture every night. It relieves any aches and she sleeps very well. Katherine mentioned that Ormus precipitate placed on the scalp and rubbed in works very well and the effects can be felt. It was decided to not have OGG’s during summers as everyone is busy with outdoor and water activities—and generally trying to keep cool. George suggested and the group agreed that he will host all OGG meetings in the backyard of the Tower of Pizza restaurant. Katherine pointed out that on April 23 there is a noteworthy astrological alignment that indicates a push against a resilient status quo. She said to watch out as there could be some difficulties.
