Hi, Does anyone know where I can get vegan bulk dark chocolate/large amounts(i.e. bars or chunks of 70 percent dark or so)? Id like it for making fudge, cookies, and other sweets, and the brands available at the health shops in bars are just too pricey when some recipes require a whole or multiple bars (or in the case of fudge, large amounts), and Ive never found anything at a regular supermarket that isnt labeled contains milk or contains traces. I know that the VS states that these products with the contains traces or processed on same equipment warnings are still suitable for vegans, but I need something that I can guarantee is dairy free for dairy allergy sufferers too.. Ive looked online in the past but havent had much luck with that either....I was told Callebaut was dairy-free and used to use it, but even their bags state contains dairy. I came across something stating that their huge chunk bars are processed on different equipment and thus vegan, or something, but I had no luck getting the company to get back to me about this...they just passed me from person to person. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you!
