Hi Dog Club Members We have been notified that several Club Members have prior commitments and will not be able to attend tonights meeting. We realize there are often scheduling conflicts so we want attending members to know that they can nominate deserving members for an office even if they are not in attendance. To nominate a Club Member not in attendance they must have agreed to fulfill the responsibilities of the office and attend club meetings on a regular basis. We will follow the By Laws and the election will be done by secret ballot.
