Hi Everyone :-) Ive been in this group for awhile, but this is the first time Im posting anything. I used to be avid runner, but I injured myself and just never went back to running. I became over weight, got depressed, and just started to continue to gain weight. Now Im 272 lbs, and I am absolutely disappointed in myself for letting everything go. I want to get back into running, but I need to start from the basics. Any advice on how I can build my stamina up again? Thank You :-D
