Hi Everyone - Yesterdays tours of the Schaffer/Nishimura Labs and the Fischbach/Putnam Labs were terrific. Thanks so much to our tour guides and especially to Alex McGregor for organizing the event. Special thanks as well to Professor Nozomi Nishimura for giving us an overview of her labs work. Please note that we will NOT meet in August. In September, well return to our normal time and place - the second Wednesday (Sept. 10) at 5:15 in the Hagan Room at the Vet School. For this meeting, Ill organize a presentation about cancer and its treatment from the patients perspective. I hope the rest of your summer goes well. Bob
