Hi Everyone, I must send a massive “WELL DONE” to the people who volunteered their time to put on a great carnival Fun Day for Mill Court on Sunday. The word is that $3,500 was raised. My girls and I had a ball (although maybe not as much as the Donut eating competitors, the tight-rope walkers or the raffle winners- I still haven’t won anything !) and it was marvellous to see so many people getting into the carnival spirit. Who knew that the Mill Court CEO had such abs! The specials this week are- • Loose Brown Onions- $1.19 per kilo • Johnathon Apples- $2.68 per kilo • Hydro Lettuce - $1.29 each • Strawberries- 2 punnets for $7 • Cadbury dark Chocolate buds 500g- $3.99 And in the Nutritional Harmony Lines- • Salted Peanuts 500g- $4.80 each FYI: Fuji Apples, Dragonfruit and Pomegranates have come back in. Mangoes and yellow nectarines have finished. Did you know: It’s only too late to submit an organic produce order when it’s late Tuesday night, say about 8pm? (Sorry, specials only apply to non-organic produce so far.) It is so easy to put in an order and have your fruit and veg delivered! A Price list and order forms are attached to our email. You can use this to place an order by phone or fax or email, for pick up or delivery- however we can help you! Delivery for retail customers is available to your home or workplace- Balaklava on any shop day, Owen on Thursdays and then Port Wakefield is available on Mondays and Fridays, Lochiel on Friday. Wednesday delivery to Bowmans is available so don’t be afraid to ask. If you would like delivery in the surrounding areas let us know and we will see if we can swing by when in the area! Facebookers can use a word document if you like. You can fax, phone, email or drop off an order but if you do email, please give us a quick call if it is needed on the same day and you haven’t received a confirmation email so we know to go online. The night before you want an order is usually fine though. (When using our order forms enter how many items or the approximate weight of each into the spread sheets cells, save the file then send it back as an attachment) “You can’t buy happiness, But you can buy local and that’s kind of the same thing”.
