Hi Everyone, Just gauging interest for a service that we may be offering in the near future. Would stations be interested in accessing capable workers to assist for short - medium periods of time? Bridging the gap between inexperienced backpackers and professional day workers who may be too expensive for some smaller stations. These workers will be available anywhere in Australia within 2-3 days (depending on travel time). Stations to pay travel costs (costs only - no added handling fees) and a per day rate direct to the worker (approx $80 -$120/day), feed & accommodate for the duration of their contract. Workers will come fully equipped with work clothes, swag & willing attitude & 6 months + experience in beef cattle production - mustering (motorbike only), fencing, water checking, drafting & branding. May have other skills such as general labouring (building/concreting). Stations to pay a one-off finders fee when accessing workers (probably a minimal amount of about $150 dollars to cover paperwork & time spent on phone/computer organising).
