Hi Everyone Many thanks for everyone’s posts, it has been great to get your feedback. I have read as many as I can and will try and address as many points as I can in this response. The film was produced by a company called RareDay on behalf of ITV. They followed us around for six months filming almost everything we do. As it was a documentary, we had no control over how they edited the show. ITV’s job is to make a show that people watch to boost their ratings and sells advertising, there role is not to put together a show that will necessarily reflect the business in a balanced view which is something we had to take a risk with. Can I also take this opportunity to apologise to so many customers and team members who were filmed in the process that were not in the final film that was broadcast, we again unfortunately had no control over this. For example, I spend over 50% of my life on our charity and it was not in the final cut at all. RareDay had filmed our charity bike ride, been to Tanzania with me and seen all the work we do out there. They had been present as we were building the EqualWorld studios and having many meetings on the charity, but there was not even a single mention in the final edit which was of course very disappointing. Regarding comments on the Tuleli name, just as when Tiffany’s renamed blue Zoisite to Tanzanite as they felt the mineral name was not an emotional one, we felt the same with Spessatite Garnet. With regards to “it all sounding a bit sales like”, again we had no control over how they edited the documentary - I agree with the comment that it felt a bit that way in the film, where in reality I feel our business is very much more about bringing customers, team members and our partners around the world together and giving back where ever we can. Once again, thank you all for watching and as always giving us your honest and open feedback.
