Hi Everyone! My #OptimalU focus for November is on mens health (with a few holiday recipes, too). As a male doctor, these are tips and suggestions I know will help, but are also daily observations I see with my practice members everyday. Todays #OptimalU on page 270 suggests three things that are currently altering mens health 1. Eating too much 2. Not exercising enough 3. Not spending enough time with their family.
