Hi Everyone! My roommate is moving out MARCH 15 and I am looking for someone to move into her current bedroom. We have a 2 bedroom in the East Village! $1300.00/month plus utilities and internet. Move in date can be from March 15-April1st! I am a dance/college student (21 years old) and I currently share my bedroom with a long-time friend, freelance artist (27 years old). We are looking for a young FEMALE professional or student with a guarantor (21-30 years old) who is fun, clean, respectful and willing to share a small space with 2 other people. We are in love with the area and hope you love it too! The East Village is full of wonderful restaurants, thrift/vintage shops, bakeries and a vibrant night-life! You can easily walk to Union Square where there is Whole Foods, Trader Joes, the N, Q, R, 4, 5, 6 and L trains and the weekly farmers market. The 1st Ave L train stop is also just around the corner from the apartment! Must be okay with 2 very down-to-earth beautiful kitties and willing to commit to a SEPT. 1st agreement, with a possible extension if the situation works out.
