Hi Everyone! RE: CALL FOR READING JUDGE OK, I have ONE more slot for a reading judge for the Fade To Black play festival. Script submissions open next Sunday, February 1, 2015. Our reading judges will READ EACH PLAY emailed to us and select this years program of plays. Additionally they will have the opportunity to choose one play (judges pick) that will not require unanimous vote approval. Audience will pick grand prize winner from the chosen finalists. It goes without saying that you must be available to read all the 10 minute plays that come in and be responsive to my emails as the scripts sent to you at random. Your Race/Gender is not a factor. If you can objectively read, analyze and judge a play on its quality and content and have experience in theater you may be a good fit. To avoid conflict of interest, if you are interested in submitting, directing or acting in Fade To Black, you cannot be a reading judge. I can only pick one so check out our site and let me know by this Monday, January 26, 2015 if you are interested.
