Hi Everyone!! Remember me? My name is Brutus and I heard that my fans have been asking for an update on ME!! Well, I have a great holiday story for you! As you already know, in October I was found by a previous LFFR adopter one morning standing in her driveway. I was very, very skinny and neglected looking. My wonderful angel kept me and fed me till I could be picked up by a LRRF volunteer. Well it is just like Santa came! My life has sure changed. It has taken a little bit of time, cause I am about 8 years old, but I am getting healthier every day. So far I have gained 16 pounds and boy I sure like my food. I really liked my Thanksgiving turkey treats and now I get my LRRF homemade doggie holiday cookies when Im good-which is all of the time cause I am nice not naughty! By the way...if you ever have the chance, I totally recommend that you pick up some LRRF homemade doggie cookies! They are so yummy and the money you spend helps support dogs like me that need your help. For you humans who might not want doggie cookies, you can help make the holidays happier for another scared dog like I was by coming to Petco on Sunday afternoons, or any other LFFR event, and buying their cool wine glasses, decals or T Shirts. I hope you consider this cause it would be a great present for your other humans and it would help my doggie brothers and sisters who are still out there cold and suffering. Anyway, now I love to take walks and play with my ball-I just have to have my time limited cause Im still gaining weight and building muscle. I love people and other dogs. And did I mention I love snacks? One other thing I love...my soft pillow and my pink fluffy blanket my foster Mom wraps me in every night. It feels so good to be warm and fed and loved.
