Hi Everyone, THIS SITUATION HAS NOW BECOME URGENT AS I HAVE NO CAR AND CANNOT SEE MY BABY AT ALL!!! Due to my PhD commitments I am looking for the perfect sharer for my gorgeous, homebred 16.2hh belgian warmblood/irish sport horse by Caretino Glory, Chester. He is 5 years old (rising 6) and is perfect in every way. He is a dream to handle in and out of the stable, very affectionate and loves one on one cuddles. He is not a novice ride due to being young, green and extremely talented! None of my photos come close to doing him justice, I never have a camera when I need one, and he is clearing 1.20m at home with ease. He needs more attention than I can give him right now but he is my best friend and is NOT for sale. I am looking for someone who enjoys a forward going, fun and talented out and out jumping horse who would ride him a few times a week, if not every day as he could do more than once! If the right rider is found I would be happy to let them take him to competitions in the future. He has been cross country schooling and was a machine once he found his feet. I am based at the stunning Lodge Farm livery yard in Hertfordshire (near Hitchin) and would prefer he stays there if possible. The yard is DIY with full services available, with a 60x40 floodlit manege and 24hr summer turnout which he is fine with. There is a great selection of jumps with fillers and he has done a lot of gridwork etc but has been brought on very slowly as I intend to keep him for ever so has not been rushed. He is not currently shod but has been in the past and is great with the farrier, vet dentist etc. He falls asleep whilst being clipped and is a saint to load. This is a great opportunity for a young or mature, confident rider wanting to ride the horse of a lifetime without having to buy! He is a star in every way and it breaks my heart that I cant give him the time at the moment. I am asking for half of the livery cost plus any services used whilst under the sharers care. I will continue to pay for straw/haylage/feed unless the consumption changes drastically and will also pay insurance/vet bills etc (he is never sick or sorry!)
