Hi Everyone The Athletic Club is hosting a cross country at Trentham Memorial Park (Barton St Entrance) on Sunday 11th August. The club needs your help on the day. This is a fantastic fundraising opportunity for the club and would provide for the club necessary equipment and administration work for the upcoming season. Below is a list of help that the club will need on the day, if you are unavailable to make it on the day but could provide us with something to sell in the cake stall that would be great. If you could reply to this e-mail with your help that would be great. Course Set up 7.30am – 2-4 helpers Registration set up 7.30am – 1 in Harrier Club room Registration desk for race bib pick up and on the day registrations – Need 4 people on this job from 8.45am Walk the Course Volunteers 9.30am – 3 to walk groups around Recording Tables at end of Race 3 people on this from start of Races 10.30am Certificate Writer sits near Recorders - 1 person Marshalls during Races from 10.15am through to 12pm – 10 to 12 people needed (the more the merrier) Warm up people – suggested those who will be leading the age groups BBQ and Cake Stall set up from 9.30am – People who have set up their areas and are able to help BBQ to be started at 10am – will need 2 possibly 3 for this Cake Stall to start at 10am – 2 people Packing Course up at the end of the day - Everybody Activation will be providing the club with some tables and tents.
