Hi Everyone. Thought I would also share my 31 days on the reboot as I have once again started after almost putting on all the weight again. I lost 14.2kg in 31 days by only making use of the sleekgeek reboot dos and donts. However, I also exercised 20 out of the 31 days. Nothing more than 40 minutes cardio burning on average 400 - 600 calories per session, depending on the mood and the strength I had left at that time of the day. Sometimes I felt like I want to see how much I can burn and sometimes it was just trying to maintain a steady heart beat and enjoy the next 40 minutes of exercising. I only used the bike and the super circuit and spend 20 minutes on each every time I went to the gym. But of course, the biggest change was in the food choices that I started making and what most interesting to notice is that I never felt hungry. I have included my spreadsheet in this post. All I can say to everyone thinking of doing a reboot, dont wait! Just do it. Its life changing.
