Starters Lightly curried parsnip soup with spiced vegetable fritter Lentil and ham hough soup Cherry tomato and shallot croustini with goats cheese mousse and balsamic syrup (V) The Cruin’s blend of chicken liver and haggis pate and chicken liver, bacon and brandy pate with beetroot chutney and Arran oatcakes. Taste of both Pates Cherry tomato and shallot croustini with goats cheese mousse and balsamic syrup (V) Smoked venison, raspberry and sloe gin dressing with parsnip crisps and Gruth Dhu Scottish cheese – Supplement £2.00 per person Mains Pancetta wrapped fillet of pork with carrot puree, caramelised baby apple and cider glaze Honey glazed fillet of Scottish salmon, leek, baby onion and whole grain mustard sauce Roasted corn-fed chicken breast with choice of: - paprika and wild mushroom cream or stuffed with haggis and topped with peppercorn sauce Slow braised Inverurie beef with brandy, French mustard and tomato sauce (Dianne sauce) topped with puff pastry.
